We aim to create a web of comprehensive, compassionate care for each individual experiencing homelessness so they feel loved and cared for along their journey toward restoration.

We are a faith-rooted collaboration working to end homelessness in New York City and restore the well-being of our neighbors on the street through compassionate, comprehensive and collaborative care. 

Because of the myriad resources needed to properly address the wide-range of needs related to homelessness, we bring together the top agencies in the city providing a wide spectrum of care, initiate collaboration, and help see them through to fruition.
